- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆bad experiences with debit cards not working. each time I call there is a different excuse. Now charging "courtesy pay fees" on transactions that are only pending; therefore actually causing account to be over. Call customer service and no notes on the account regarding previous call. Pushing the problem off on some other department and can't even verify if the department has that is "Supposed" to handle it has even been notified. Today's customer service rep, Dominique, was honestly the worst I have ever spoken with in over 30 years of dealing with CFE.By faye winfrey, August 12, 2017
