  So this place is the worse place to bring your child my sister brought my nephew here for one week let me start at the very beginning first off the manager Brianna gave us all mislead information my sister and I came in for a tour and we thought this place was very nice we was showed about security and how they would maintain the infants also the infants would have their formula mixed with zephryhills water which we thought that was perfect and the infants would have a routine based on the parent request let me let you all know now that is all false. First off they did not even show all the facility why because they did not have that much staff. Secondly they had the nerve to give my nephew faucet water which the main owner of the facility claimed it was purified so that was lie which got us upset, please answer me this who would of gave a baby water from a faucet? It is not good at all for a infant to digest so this also tells you the employees there does not read up on important information on a child. Next I do want to tell you Briana did not mention during our tour that my nephew who is not even 4 months would be in the same room as toddlers who are ages 2-4 which is crazy because my sister had to tell me that my nephew had his hair pulled by a toddler this is were those security camera come in for that incident so this tell you people that these employees do not watch these children they should know that they were not watched and to give you more feed back about this place my sister told me that she had to provide my nephew with his own blanket that was never mention during the tour so when providing a blanket for my nephew they never used it instead they used another blanket that who knows if it was washed why because my nephew received a rash. So out of everything my sister try to work and gain a understanding/conclusion with these people as a concerned parent trying to get them to follow her routine did they do it no instead they decide to bring my sister hell how you may ask first my sister found that my nephew was not being fed as much as she asked so she mention to them that they need to feed him more and instead of taking criticism and actually fixing what they did wrong they had the nerve to talk very rudely to my sister and no parent would ever take that especially someone who's watching their child so my sister went and complained to Brianna and said my nephew would not be around the certain employee guess what guys they lied and the final step was to go to corporate you would think that corporate would understand and work with my sister who complained about this place no instead they kicked my nephew out and not to mention I called my sister and I find it very upsetting that I have my sister pick up my nephew with everything packed and receptionist holding him with no remorse nor a apology so please parent don't come to this place it's not worth putting your child somewhere to where it will upset you and not feel at all welcomed after one week

  I would like to thank Lake Forest for taking care of both my girls as if they were their own. Ms. Brianna is so compassionate about her school. I have never dealt with such an understanding Manager, she takes Pride in what she does. And my babies teachers are incredible. They made me feel comfortable and safe. As a father of 2 young ones, I would recommend Lake Forest to anyone.
