  No one knows anything how their secured credit card works they say that a company handles it through a back end. I got my card and was told in a year I would receive the $500 deposit back so a year later they tell me it's 18 months than after 18 months it's on a quarterly review after 2 and a half years of this process I asked to close the account and they played around with me for 2 months to mail me a check so ridiculous and never mailed me my amazon gift card for my reward points so after they don't give me reward points I call them and they tell me it's to late I had until the day before to recieve the gift card that they themselves did not send.
